- The Records Division is open to the public from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Monday and 9:30 am to 4:00 pm Tuesday through Friday. Records Division is closed on the weekend and legal holidays.
- Fingerprinting services are available on Wednesdays, 10 AM to 2 PM.
- For non-emergency assistance, please call our non-emergency phone line at (860) 528-4401. You may be contacted by our Officers to take reports over the telephone for any issue or incident that we feel would not require a visit to your home or business.
