Online Permitting

The Town of EH will now be accepting Online applications for Permits from residents, businesses and contractors. You may use the Online application process to request and receive permits directly online. However, you may be required to submit additional information to complete your application.

Please Note: Commercial Permit fees for Fire Plan Review & Inspection will be collected at the same time as Building & Inspections Permit Fees. Fire Marshal Fees are $40.00 for the 1st $1,000.00 and $20.00 for each $1,000.00 of additional estimated costs.  The Building & Inspections Commercial Fees are $30.00 for the 1st $1,000.00 and $20.00 for each $1,000.00 of additional estimated costs.

Please be aware that all new building construction and major alterations to existing buildings may require special permissions/reviews from Town agencies and/or Boards prior to beginning the permit process. Please see the following documents:
