The Assessor's Division is working to provide our residents and businesses with services remotely. We thank you for your patience as we work to transition our key services online. 

Available online:

  1. For motor vehicle adjustments please email assessor@easthartfordct.gov with the following:
    • Bill of sale
    • Trade in Certificate
    • Junk Receipt
    • Plate Cancellation from DMV
    • Out of State Registration
    • Donation Letter
    • Total Loss Documentation from Insurance Company
  2.   Elderly Program exemptions:
