Lieutenant Ficacelli has been with the East Hartford Police Department since September 24, 2003. He has served on the Honor Guard, as a Tactical Team Negotiator, as OIC for the Traffic Division, in the Professional Standards Bureau, in the Criminal Investigations Division, and as the Field Training Coordinator.
