Types of Bingo Permits

Class A | An annual one-day-per-week permit that permits a minimum of fifteen and a maximum of forty bingo games on a day. No more than one day weekly. | $75 | 1 per year |
Class B | A minimum of fifteen and a maximum of forty bingo games per day for ten successive days. | $10 per day | Not more than two permits to any one organization within a twelve-month period. |
Class C | An annual one-day-per-month permit, a minimum of fifteen and a maximum of forty games on a day. No more than one day per month. | $50 | 1 per year |
Exemptions
Organization | Description | Fee |
Organizations whose membership consists of persons 60 years old or over | Such organization has registered with and applied for and received an identification number from the municipal official; and such organization does not charge an admission fee in excess of one dollar; and The prize or prizes do not exceed $50.00 in value, either in cash or merchandise; and Only active members of such organization assist in the operation of the bingo games without compensation.

PTA | Any parent teach association or organization may operate and conduct bingo games for the amusement and recreation of such association’s or organization’s members and guests without a permit provided:
