Haircut With a Cop

East Hartford, CT - The East Hartford Police Department, in conjunction with Elexio's Barbershop, located at 918 Main Street, invite you to participate in the second annual Haircut with a Cop event. Elementary, Middle and High School students will be able to receive FREE back to school haircuts on August 21 and from 8:30 AM to 11 AM. Walk-ins are welcome and no appointments are necessary. Participants will receive school supplies and backpacks, while supplies last.
