Haircut With a Cop

East Hartford, CT - The East Hartford Police Department, in conjunction with Elexio's Barbershop, located at 918 Main Street, invite you to participate in the Haircut with a Cop event. Elementary and Middle School students will be able to receive FREE back to school harcuts on August 17 and August 23 rom 8 AM to 11 AM. Walk-ins are welcome and no appointments are necessary. Participants will recieve school supplies and backpacks, while supplies last. Current health and safety guidelines will be in place.
