East Hartford Office Sale is Largest in Region in a Decade

Riverview Square, the two-tower office complex visible from the Bulkeley Bridge at 99-101 East River Drive, and 155 Founders Plaza, located on Pitkin Street, were part of a $50 million sale, reported as the largest in central Connecticut in a decade by the Hartford Courant.  Riverview Square features modern amenities such as a cafeteria and fitness center.  It is home to tenants including Bank of America, Amica, Cyient, and Doosan.  Local real estate professionals believe the sale signals investor confidence in the local office market.
