In compliance with East Hartford Mayor Marcia A. Leclerc’s March 16, 2020 Declaration of Civil Preparedness Emergency, the Grants Administration Office located at East Hartford Town Hall is closed to the public until further notice.

Notices and Resources:

  • The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) public hearings scheduled for Monday, March 23, 2020 have been cancelled.  The Town’s 44th year CAPER, 46th year Action Plan, and Consolidated Plan priorities can be found on the left-hand side of this webpage.  Public comments regarding these documents can be submitted electronically via grantsadmin@easthartfordct.gov.  Rescheduled public hearings will be held via teleconference.  Notification of date, time and call-in number will be posted on this webpage.
  • Applications for the Town’s Housing Rehabilitation Program can be found on the left-hand side of this webpage.  Completed applications should be submitted to grantsadmin@easthartfordct.gov.   Applications to the program will continue to be evaluated in the order in which they are received.
  • The 2020 Application for the Neighborhood Assistance Act can be accessed on the left-hand side of this webpage.  Applications can be submitted via email to grantsadmin@easthartfordct.gov.   The application deadline is May 12, 2020.  The public hearing will be held only via teleconference and the date and time will be posted on this webpage.
