Rules and Guidelines
- Pickleball Courts are open for first come/first served basis
- Courts are open Dawn to Dusk
- Parks, Recreation & Senior Services may reserve courts for programs
- Limit play to one hour if others are waiting - see Court Rotation below
- Appropriate, tennis shoes or soft soled shoes only
- Proper court etiquette & sportsmanship is required
- Use of Pickleball equipment or equivalent only
- Please wait outside the fence for others to finish
- Be aware surface is slippery when wet
- Please dispose of trash in receptacles
- Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, rollerblades, skates, glass bottles, & smoking/vaping are prohibited
- Shoes, chairs or any items that will mark the court are not allowed
Recommended Court Rotation Pickleball Paddle Holder System
- Waiting players place paddles in designated area in group of four
- When a game in completed, open court is announced, next four waiting rotates onto court
- Next four waiting move up the line as games finish
- If player(s) wish to continue to play, they go to the end of the line
- Court use, only 5 minute warm up, limited to standard scoring format to 11 points - team must win by 2 points
