Do you have meeting rooms or study rooms available for public use?

Yes! We have tables throughout the building available for study use without a reservation, as well as one room available on a limited basis that accommodates up to 6 people (2 hour max reservation). For appointments, please call the Reference Desk at 860-290-4331.

Our larger meeting rooms are available on a limited basis for nonprofits and civic organizations serving the East Hartford community. For meeting room inquiries, e-mail Julissa Carrero: jvcarrero@easthartfordct.gov or call 860-290-4331. Please note that reservations should be placed well in advance; we are unable to accommodate last-minute queries.
