Budget Review Committee

The Budget Review Committee functions as described in Section 10-50 of Town Ordinances.  The major responsibilty of the Committee is to administer large (> $2M) Town building construction/renovation projects.  In that role, the Committee is charged with review and approval of all change orders.   In addition, the Committee receives input on architectural and engineering drawings from department heads that will utilize the completed building.

Members of the Committee include:  the Mayor, the Director of Public Works, the Director of Finance and (if designated) additional individuals selected by the Mayor.

Meetings are scheduled as necessary.
