Creative Arts @ the Makerspace:

Stop by the Makerspace on Mondays to explore your creativity on your own, or as part of a group project. Library staff will offer a range of projects, including animation, 3D modeling, Silhouette Cameo vinyl cutting, jewelry making and more. No registration required. For teens and adults.
Green Screen

Learn about our green screen! Take a fun picture or make a short movie!
Stop Motion
Mondays June 10, July 8, August 12
4:00 – 7:00 pm
Create fun stop motion animations with clay, action figures and objects. Some of the projects will be added to a group project!
Green Screen Comic Page
Monday August 5
4:00 – 7:00 pm
Pick your costume, pose on the green screen and you become the hero in your own comic page!
3D Printing and Scanning

A Makerspace is a place to get the tools you need to turn your ideas into physical things. Our Makerspace has 3D printers, a Carvey desktop CNC machine, sewing machines, an embroidery machine, a Silhouette Cameo 3 and more available. Join us during open ours to explore our resources and work on your own projects.

Stellar Paper Folding

Come and learn how to tiny stars out of folded paper and how to turn them into earrings. Then make folded paper boxes to keep them in. Best suited for teens and adults.
