Get Online: Digital Navigator Program

Get Online East Hartford: Connecting Families with the Digital World

Get Online is East Hartford Public Library's digital navigator program.

Digital Navigators work to close the digital divide in East Hartford through empowering residents in their digital life: facilitating access to affordable internet and devices as well as the skills required to complete the functions of everyday life in the digital age.

Digital navigation is for everyone, regardless of current skill level of experience.

...for parents: digital navigators can help parents meet their own goals, while simultaneously preparing them to support their children with schoolwork, and to be safe online.

...for small business owners: digital navigators can offer assistance with state checklists for setting up small businesses, facilitate connections to valuable networks, and help entrepreneurs establish a robust digital infrastructure for their small businesses, while keeping costs low.

...for job seekers: digital navigators can assist with crafting an outstanding resume, connect jobseekers with professional feedback on their existing resumes, practice interview techniques to boost confidence, or even find the perfect job match. Additionally, if acquiring new digital skills is required to land that dream job, our team is here to help.

....and for anyone who needs support.
