Join us at East Hartford Public Library this summer for movies on Thursdays at 2:30 PM.

On Thursdays June 13 & 27, we will be showing movies from the Caribbean in honor of Caribbean Heritage month.

On Thursday, July 11, join us for The Upside (PG-13, 2 hours 6 minutes). A comedic look at the relationship between a wealthy man with quadriplegia and an unemployment man with a criminal record who’s hired to help him.

On Thursday, July 25, join us for The Mustang (R, 1 hour, 36 minutes). The story of Roman Coleman, a violent convict, who is given the chance to participate in a rehabilitation therapy program involving the training of wild mustangs.

On Thursday, August 8, join us for Shazam! (PG-13, 2 hours, 12 minutes). We all have a superhero inside us, it just takes a bit of magic to bring it out. In Billy Batson’s case, by shouting out one word—Shazam!—this kid can turn into the grownup superhero Shazam.

On Thursday, August 22, join us for Captain Marvel (PG-13, 2 hours, 2 minutes). Carol Danvers becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes when Earth is caught in the middle of a galactic war between two alien races.

Popcorn will be provided. No registration required.
