1) Call To Order: Scheduled for 7:30 PM in the Town Council Chambers on the 2nd Floor of the East Hartford Town Hall.

 

2) Approval of the minutes

A.  For the September 23, 2014 meeting, public hearing session

B.  For the September 23, 2014 regular session minutes

 

3) Old Business:

  1. Application 2014-018 of Matthew Eberhardt to conduct a regulated activity in the inland wetlands upland review area to deconstruct and fill in an in-ground swimming pool located at 147 Janet Drive.
  2. Application # 2014-019 of Pratt & Whitney Division of United Technologies to conduct a regulated activity in the inland wetlands and inland wetlands upland review area to perform remedial soil excavation and off site disposal at 1 Pent Road, East Hartford (aka 125 High Street).

 

           

4) New Business:       

  1. Application 2014-020 of Connecticut Natural Gas Corporation to conduct a regulated activity in the inland wetlands upland review area in conjunction with a parking lot restoration.  Proposed activities include the installation of underdrains; installation of new base and subbase materials in the driveway; milling paving the parking lot.
  2. Application 2014-021 of the Town of East Hartford to conduct a regulated activity in the inland wetlands upland review area in conjunction with the 2015 Roadway Improvement Project. Proposed activities include full depth reconstruction; reclamation to a depth of approximately 12”; milling; overlay paving; curb resetting and replacement; local drainage improvements; resetting of drainage structures, frames and grate; sidewalk and curb ramp improvements; utility structure adjustments; pavement markings; miscellaneous signage; landscaping.
