COVID-19 Home Test Kit Distribution

                 869 Forbes Street East Hartford, CT 06118

Date: Thursday 12/30/21

Time: 12 – 5 PM

Cost: There is no cost for the at-home COVID-19 test kits.

This event will be drive-through. Please be advised the entrance to the distribution site is on the Forbes Street entrance to the High School and vehicles will exit out through Leonard Drive. Walk-ups will be accommodated. Residents will be asked to show proof of residency (e.g. Valid Driver's License, State-issued ID, other document). COVID-19 test kits will be made available on a first come, first served basis. Due to limited supply, only two test kits will be available per family.
