Energy Assistance

The Town of East Hartford is advising residents of available resources and services with Eversouce to help you manage your energy use and costs, even if you've never needed them before. Those programs and payment plans can lower your monthly payments, forgive past due balances or enable you to pay over time.

La información sobre los programas de ayuda también está disponible en español.

The goal is to work with customers to resolve overdue balances and avoid a disconnect. If you’re finding it difficult to keep up with your electric or gas bills, Eversource has protections, programs, and payment plans to help you. Visit Eversource.com/BillHelp to learn about their programs and available assistance.
