2018 Road Improvement Project
For the 2018/2019 construction season, we will rehabilitate the following roads:

UPDATE APRIL 2019
The majority of work for the Roads between Scotland Road and Great Hill Road and Roads between Roberts Street and Scotland Road was completed in 2018. The main exception is the portion of Forbes Street between Olde Roberts Street and Scotland Road. In that area, the Metropolitan District Commission (MDC) is replacing old water main to lower the pipe and eliminate leaks. Once the MDC work is complete, the Town's contractor will return and finish road reconstruction. Reconstruction of Roads off Silver Lane (Primrose Drive & Shady Lane) and Martin Circle has commenced and is scheduled for completion this Spring. In all project areas, cleanup work (loam & seed, tree trimming, signs, pavement markings, and other minor work) will continue until complete.
UPDATE APRIL 2020
The project was substantially complete in October 2019. All punchlist work (minor items) are now complete.
