Alert Message from the Connecticut Department of Transportation - The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 502 (Silver Lane) in East Hartford, Tuesday, July 16, through Wednesday, August 22, 2019. 

LANE CLOSURE INFORMATION:

Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 502 between northbound US 5 (Main Street) and Forbes Street in East Hartford. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Sunday – Thursday).

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
