East Hartford's Road Projects 8/17-8/24

East Hartford, CT - The Town of East Hartford has begun roadwork in the Cambridge Drive neighborhood, as part of the ongoing Road Improvement Program. Residents should expect a series of road improvements in the area over the next few weeks. Below is a list of roads that will be worked on for the weeks of August 17 through August 24, weather-permitting: 

Week of 8/17/2020: 

• Jefferson: concrete ramps, sidewalk
• Hollister: concrete ramps, sidewalk
• Hollister Loop Milling:
• Handel Rd: drainage
• Princeton: processed aggregate, grading/fine grading; maybe as-built survey
• Oxford/Cambridge: processed aggregate, grading/fine grading; maybe as-built survey
• Various roads: concrete sidewalk and ramps

Week of 8/24/2020:

• Jefferson: concrete ramps, sidewalk; install curbing
• Hollister: concrete ramps, sidewalk; install curbing
• Handel Rd
• Nassau: install curbing
• Milbrook: install curbing
• Princeton: fine grading; pave intermediate
