Wickham Library Grand Re-Opening Celebration

Join us on the lawn to celebrate the reopening of the Wickham Library!

Wickham reopened in May 2023 following a renovation that added an elevator and ADA-accessible bathrooms. On Saturday, September 9, we’re finally having a party to celebrate this major achievement.

Join us at 11:30 for a ceremony to be followed by a concert by the Hartford Steel Symphony. Bring a picnic lunch—we’ll supply a sweet treat to be enjoyed during the concert. In the event of rain, the celebration will be moved indoors. Register on the library's events calendar for a reminder.
