Public Notice is hereby given that the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, August 28, 2014 at 7:30 p.m., when the following applications will be heard:
- Donald Semensky, 132 Winding Lane, Requests a variance from Section 303.5(c) Yards, for an addition on the back of the house requiring an 11.2 ft. Rear Yard variance. (Zone R-3)
- Dalton Daley, 22 Arnold Drive, Requests a variance from Section 303.5(b) Yards, to replace a garage with living space above it 7.33 ft. from the side property line requiring a .66 ft. Side Yard variance. (Zone R-3)
- A.J. Sawka, 101 Brookside Lane, Requests a variance from Sections 404.1 Permitted Accessory Uses and Section 205 Nonconforming Uses, to permit the outdoor storage of road millings for resale. (Zone B-3)
