East Hartford, CT— The East Hartford Youth Services Department has an upcoming Service Learning opportunity for high school youth.  Participants must live in East Hartford but can attend any high school be it in the district or not. 

This is a chance to be a part of the election process.  Students will be at Town Hall (740 Main Street) on election day: November 8, 2022.  They will help voters not registered, get registered. Students will also help voters unsure about where to go to vote and answer other, similar questions. 

There will be staff available all day to help students as needed.  Students will be provided breakfast, lunch, or dinner depending on the shift(s) they register for.  

Space is limited.  Students can register to help at one, two, or all three, 4-hour long shifts. 

Registrations must be in by November 1, 2022, at 5:00 PM.
