Local Prevention Council/ Youth Advisory Board

The Local Prevention Council (LPC), which also serves as the East Hartford Youth Advisory Board, is a community-based coalition with the goal of building local capacity to plan and implement substance use/misuse prevention strategies to reduce problem behaviors and associated negative outcomes for all ages, but particularly the East Hartford youth. Meetings will be held monthly at the Community Cultural Center (50 Chapman Place) in the Youth Conference Room (Basement level) from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. Interested participants are also welcome to join virtually via Microsoft Teams.
