  • Beginners Tai Chi

When: Monday's 10:30am-11:30am   

Fee: $3 per class per session

DetailsTai Chi is a traditional Chinese mind-body practice that combines meditation with slow, gentle, fluid movements, deep breathing and relaxation. Studies have shown that tai chi can improve balance, coordination and flexibility; and reduce stress, stiffness and pain.  

  • Dance Rhythms 

When: Tuesdays at 9:00 am

Fee: $3 per class per session

Details: A dance movement class incorporating multiple styles set to a mix of popular music.  The class begins with warm up exercises and then progresses to learning a new dance combination every week.  Dancers will learn proper technique as well as steps and moves focusing on rhythm and sound.

  • Gentle Chair Exercises

When: Tuesday’s 1:30pm - 2:30pm

Fee: $4 per class per session

Details: Great for people of all activity levels.  Those who are looking for easier, gentle exercise and those who are a little more fit.  The class is designed to stretch, tone, activate and strengthen muscles that aren't regularly used in a typical workout.  The class includes breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.

  • Mat Yoga

When: Tuesdays- 5:30 pm-6:30pm

Fee:  $3 per class per session

Details: Enhance Coordination, balance, flexibility and strength with gentle yoga.  Class is conducted with laying or sitting down on a mat. Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor (mat) on their own without any assistance.

  • Silver Sneakers Zumba Gold

When: Wednesday’s 9:30am - 10:15am

Fee: Free with Silver Sneakers card or $3 per class

Details: A dance fitness class that exercises your brand and your body.  Great music to move to.

  • Silver Sneakers Strength & Balance

When: Wednesday's 10:30am-11:15am

Fee: Free with Silver Sneakers card or $3 per class

  • Exercise'n Energize

When: Thursdays 9:00 am to 10:00 am and Saturdays 9:15 am to 10:15 am

Fee: $3 per class per session

Details: Low impact aerobics to improve your strength, muscle tone and endurance.  Modificaitons will be provided for all levels.

  • Gentle Chair Yoga

When:  Thursdays 10:00 - 11:00am

Fee:  $3 per class per session

Details: Enjoy the benefits of yoga without having to get on the floor.  All Yoga poses and gentle stretching is done with the support of a chair.

  • Gentle Mat Yoga  

When: Thursdays 11:00 am to 12:00 pm

Fee: $3 per class per session
