Work under this contract includes demolition of the existing impound parking area and installatiion of a new metal storage building set on a concrete slab-on-grade in the Town of East Hartford at the Public Safety Complex, 31 School Street, East Hartford, CT.  It also includes other appurtenant work such as protection of adjacent fueling station, erosion control, tree protection, lay down areas, stockpile areas, site fencing, site access, maintenance and protection of traffic.
