A Message from Mayor Connor Martin
"Mayor Arulampalam and I formed a shared services task force to explore how the Town of East Hartford and the City of Hartford could collaborate to fill operational and service gaps. I’m thrilled that we’re seeing this partnership in action through the creation of a joint summer basketball league. This program exemplifies how municipalities can come together to benefit our youth and strengthen our communities."
