East Hartford Community Health Survey

East Hartford, CT - The East Hartford Health Department is conducting a survey and wants to hear your feedback on community health issues and quality of life in East Hartford. Your perspective and opinion is valuable to help implement programs that target local priorities. All responses are anonymous, and no confidential health information is collected. The survey is open from March 7th - April 4th.
