East Hartford Health Department Conducts Sexual Violence Rapid Community Needs Assessment

In partnership with Yale-Griffin Prevention Research Center, the East Hartford Health Department is conducting a sexual violence rapid community assessment. The goal of the community needs assessment is to better understand community perceptions, barriers for accessing support, and how to strengthen prevention and response efforts in East Hartford related to sexual violence. East Hartford residents age 18 years old or older are encouraged to participate by taking the survey or joining a community listening session.

Survey Information: This survey will ask you questions about your perceptions, awareness and access, trust in systems, and ideas for prevention. They survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes. It is available in English and Spanish. The survey is anonymous. All information you provide will be kept confidential within the Yale-Griffin PRC team. Participation in the survey is completely voluntary. You may choose to stop at any point or skip any questions. Your participation will not affect your eligibility for any current or future programs or services offered by Y-G PRC or the East Hartford Health Department.
