Question, Persuade, Refer - Free Community Training

Please join us for a free Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) suicide prevention training—open to providers, family members, and community members alike—to learn practical skills in suicide prevention. QPR teaches participants how to recognize warning signs, confidently ask someone if they are considering self-harm, offer hope, and connect them to appropriate support. This training empowers anyone to take simple, effective steps that can help save a life.

This training will be held on May 14, 2026, from 3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the East Hartford Community Center.
