WIC Program Pre-Screening Application

 Welcome to the East Hartford WIC Program!

Serving the Town of East Hartford and 19 surrounding towns: Colchester, Marlborough, Hebron, Glastonbury, Andover, Bolton, Manchester, Vernon, South Windsor, East Windsor, Tolland, Ellington, Windsor Locks, East Granby, Suffield, Enfield, Somers, and Stafford.

If you are currently expecting a baby, have a new baby, breastfeeding or have a child under the age of 5, please complete the following questions in order to start your WIC application.
