Dog Licensing

For a new license:

Step 1) Download and fill out the license application form

Step 2) Mail the form, payment, (and a copy of updated rabies and spay or neuter certificate if applicable), and a self-addressed, stamped envelope:

To renew your license:

Option A) Fill out the form online (for renewals only, no new licensing through this form)

Option B) Download and fill out the license application form

Option B Step 2) Mail the form, payment, (and a copy of updated rabies and spay or neuter certificate if applicable), and a self-addressed, stamped envelope:

Special note: If your pet was recently spayed or neutered, please attach a copy of the vet paperwork showing so. If your pet was recently vaccinated for rabies, please include a copy of the paperwork from vaccination. 

Note: fees for spayed and neutered dogs are $8, unaltered dog fees are $19. After July 1 there is a late fee of $1 per month.
