Schedule of Meetings

The Public Building Commission will be called as needed and proper legal notice will be posted for said meetings.

A meeting agenda, whether a regular or a special meeting – will be posted a minimum of 24 hours prior to such meeting – both on the town’s website and in the Town Clerk’s office.  If a special meeting is called, only the items listed on the special agenda can be addressed and no other Commission business will be allowed.

Unless otherwise noted in the call of the Public Building Commission meeting agenda, all Commission meetings, whether related to the Board of Education or to the Town Administration, will be held at the East Hartford Town Hall, 740 Main Street, 2nd Floor - Welling Conference Room and will start at 7PM.
