Where to find Narcan:

  • Free Narcan Dispensers are located at the East Hartford Town Hall (740 Main Street), Raymond Library (840 Main Street), the East Hartford Community Center (50 Chapman Place), and the East Hartford Public Safety Complex (31 School Street). 
  • East Hartford Health Department (740 Main Street) carries Narcan, which is free to residents (while supplies last).
