Simon Konover Residential Development - 341 East River Drive

The development includes 150 market-rate apartments across three 3-story buildings and one 4-story elevatored building, consisting of 21 studios, 36 one-bedroom, 67 two-bedroom, and 26 three-bedroom units. The project will include several amenities such as a 5,500-square-foot clubhouse which will feature a fitness center, golf simulator, game room, resident lounge, kitchen, music room, and pet spa. Additional amenities include a swimming pool, outdoor gathering areas with grills, pizza oven and fire pit, a dog park, private garages, EV charging stations, and direct access to the Riverfront Recapture trail system. 

The project has a conservation focus: Of the 35.3-acre property, approximately 10 acres will be developed, while 19.7 acres will be donated to the Town of East Hartford as permanent conservation land.

Noble +EV Fueling Center and Soapy Noble Car Wash - 160 Governor Street

Noble Gas and Soapy Noble Car wash are coming to 160 Governor Street. The development will feature multiple restaurant and convenience store tenants as well as a car wash. 

Fairfield Inn & Towneplace Suites by Marriott - Renovations and new ownership - 363 Roberts Street

The redeveloped hotel site at 363 Roberts St will feature approximately 144 hotel rooms including both Fairfield inn and Towneplace Suites extended stay rooms located conveniently next to I-84W exit 58. The new hotel will also feature a restaurant tenant and drive-through.
