Town of East Hartford Board of Assessment Appeals

Property Owners in the Town of East Hartford are hereby notified that the Board of Assessment Appeals will meet during the month of March at Town Hall for the sole purpose of hearing appeals related to Real Estate, Personal Property and Motor Vehicles assessments for the October 1, 2018 Grand List as well as Supplemental Vehicle assessments for the October 1, 2017 Grand List.


All persons wishing to appeal their assessment must submit an appeal form by FEBRUARY 20 2019. Appeal forms are available in the Assessor’s Office or on the Town of East Hartford website. For further information, call (860) 291-7260.


Hearings will be held on the following dates:

  • Tuesday, March 19, 2019 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, March 21, 2019 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, March 23, 2019 (if needed)9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
