Property Owners in the Town of East Hartford are hereby notified that the Board of Assessment Appeals will meet during the month of March at Community Cultural Center 50 Chapman PL for the sole purpose of hearing appeals related to Real Estate, Personal Property and Motor Vehicles assessments for the October 1, 2022 Grand List.

All persons wishing to appeal their assessment must submit an appeal form by FEBRUARY 21, 2023.  Appeal forms are available in the Assessor’s Office or on the Town of East Hartford website (www.easthartfordct.gov). For further information, call (860) 291-7260.

Hearings will be held on the following dates:

            Tuesday, March 14, 2023                                       6:00 p.m. -  9:00 p.m.

            Thursday, March 16, 2023                                     6:00 p.m. -  9:00 p.m.

          Saturday, March 18, 2023 (if needed)                   9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
