How do I get a new trash / recycling cart?

New residents who do not have a trash cart may purchase one for $60. Cart damaged or broken by automated collection equipment may be repaired or replaced by contacting the Waste Division at (860) 291-7374 press #2 for trash, recycling and bulky waste or blaine@easthartfordct.gov. New carts will be delivered to your home.
