Curbside Waste Collection Delayed by One Day

East Hartford, CT—All town services, including curbside waste pickup, will be unavailable Friday, April 10, 2020, in observance of Good Friday. Additionally, due to maintenance work scheduled for Friday, April 10, our phones will be unavailable and callers might not be able to leave voicemails. If you have a non-emergent request for service, please submit your request through the My East Hartford Platform here easthartfordct.qscend.com/311/request/add. If you have an emergency, please call 911. 

All town services, including curbside waste pickup, will resume on Monday, April 13, for regularly scheduled hours of operation.       

All curbside trash pickup and recycling scheduled for Friday, April 10, 2020 will be delayed by one day and will be picked up on Saturday, April 11, 2020.

The normal transfer station schedule is as follows:  Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 7:15 a.m. to Noon and 12:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. (holidays excluded), and the first and third Saturdays of the month from 8:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. (holidays excluded). The transfer station is closed on Wednesday and Thursdays.
