The MLK39: Racial Equity Mural Community Paint Day

East Hartford, CT - RiseUP is partnering with the Town of East Hartford, the East Hartford Black Caucus, and other community organizations to complete a large-scale mural under Founders Bridge, located at 235 East River Dr. The mural is part of RiseUP's mural tour to have 39 MLK murals completed by MLK Day 2022.
The group will also host a Community Paint Day on Saturday, March 26th, 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The community is welcome to meet at Founders Bridge betwee 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM to help paint. There will be an ice cream truck, music and fun activities.
