Tax System Down For Maintenance September 4, 2015: Office Will Remain Open

The Tax Collector's Office will be undergoing a full system update the morning of Friday, September 4th. The update will enable the department to better assist taxpayers with processing motor vehicle payments, and will align the tax office with the new systems in place at the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles.
During this time the tax office WILL NOT be able to access the tax system from approximately 8:30 a.m. until about 10 a.m. Friday, September 4th.
The tax office will remain open, and will accept payments, however they will not have access to tax balances during this time. Please plan accordingly.
