Pool Season Extended at Lord and Martin Pools until August 20
Due to the forecasted high temperatures, East Hartford Parks and Recreation has extended Lord and Martin pool closing dates until Tuesday, August 20th. Originally scheduled to close on Sunday, August 18th, Martin Pool (307 Burnside Ave) and Lord Pool (258 May Road) will now remain open through Tuesday, August 20th. The pool hours will be 1-5pm on Monday, August 19th and Tuesday, August 20th. For more information on our pool rules and admission requirements, please visit this link.
The East Hartford High School Indoor Pool will be open for public swim beginning Monday, August 12thduring the times listed below. The indoor pool hours will continue through the 2019-2020 school year.
Early Morning Adult Lap Swim
August 12th – 23rd
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 6:30 – 7:30am
Beginning August 26th
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 6:15 - 7:15am
Evening Public Swim:
August 12th – 29th
Monday – Thursday, 6:30 - 8:30pm – Recreational Swim
Monday – Thursday, 8:30 - 9:15pm – Adult Lap Swim
Beginning September 3rd
Monday – Friday, 6:30 – 8:30pm – Recreational Swim
Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 9:15pm – Adult Lap Swim
