Final Update on Stonebridge Apartments Incident

East Hartford, CT – On Tuesday afternoon, July 26th, the Town of East Hartford removed the placard from the Stonebridge Apartment Complex following completion of all necessary repairs and a satisfactory re-inspection of the building. Tenants were allowed back in.

The Inspections and Permits Department worked with property management of Stonebridge Apartments Tuesday to ensure necessary corrections were made to return water service for residents and related health and safety concerns were addressed. 

Upon completion of the repairs and a satisfactory re-inspection, the East Hartford Social Services Division worked with property management to notify tenants they could return to their homes.
