Field Survey Notice - Drone Survey Work Scheduled for Watermain Design Data Collection

East Hartford, CT - The Metropolitan District (MDC) and their consultant, Snyder Civil Engineering, LLC., will be conducting a field survey work and data collection using a drone to fly over a number of streets in East Hartford to be surveyed. The work is being conducted to gather data such as elevations, fixtures and related information to formulate a design for a future watermain project. In addition to the drone survey, staff will be taking measurements and photograph from the sidewalk, street or right-of-way. Work will take place between 8 AM and 3 PM and is anticipated to take a few weeks.
