COVID-19 Antibody Testing in East Hartford

Integrated Health Services (IHS) is now operating a full-service licensed COVID-19 Antibody Test site in the Town of East Hartford. 

The Antibody Test Site is located on the campus of Stone Academy at 763 Burnside Avenue. To maximize health and safety of community members and staff, tests are being conducted by appointments. • What is an antibody test? 

Antibody tests check your blood by looking for antibodies, which can show if you had a past infection with the virus that causes COVID-19. Antibodies are proteins that help fight off infections and create immunity/protection against getting infected again.

With the state and communities easing restrictions on social distancing, COVID-19 Antibody Test results may help to increase awareness of who may have been exposed and possibly developed antibodies to COVID-19.
