*CANCELED* March Lunch with the Mayor

Due to a scheduling conflict, the regularly scheduled monthly Lunch with the Mayor is canceled for the month of March. The next Lunch with the Mayor is scheduled for April 25, 2019, in the Welling Conference Room at noon. 

Every month, the Mayor cordially invites all East Hartford residents to come to "Lunch with the Mayor" to discuss issues of importance to the East Hartford community. The public is welcome to bring lunch or simply come to hear from their neighbors and contribute to the conversation. Key staff will be present as well to assist residents with issues or concerns.

Please Note: Lunch IS NOT provided. You can bring your own lunch but it’s not a requirement.

All dates are subject to change. Any date changes will be posted on the Town’s website prior to the meeting date and we encourage all residents who plan on attending the above scheduled meeting to contact the Mayor’s office at 860-219-7200 or check the website to confirm date and time.
