East Hartford October 1, 2022 Grand List & Top Ten Taxpayers are Now Available

East Hartford, CT— The 2022 East Hartford Grand List is now available online. The grand list recognized a total net increase of $31,628,282 and an overall percentage increase of 0.9% from last year.
“I am pleased to say that the Town of East Hartford has certified a $3.5 billion net Grand List (2022) in a non-revaluation year,” said Mayor Mike Walsh. “The Grand List grew by approximately 1%, primarily due to an increase in the number of and value of Motor Vehicles. With a stable grand list and significant economic development on the horizon, East Hartford’s grand list future is positive.”
