  • Call to order at 6:38 pm.
  • Pledge of Allegiance 
  • Roll call: Vanessa Jenkins-Chair, Rachel Botts, Gary Roy, Krista Mangiafico (Clerk). No Quorum.

Chair’s report:

  • Budget status- Chair reported money used last Committee year, beginning with $3100.00 budget, spent $1541.47 leaving a balance of $1558.00 unused. 
  • Commission on Aging Liaison needed- Chair announced that liaison is needed for the Commission on Aging and asked for volunteers.

Old Business: 

a. Redo pamphlet- Pamphlets are edited and will be printed prior to the Fall Fest for distribution. 

b.Bulk giveaways- Tech Owl- Chair and Rachel Botts are looking into giveaways with committee logo for town events. 

c. Livability index –Rachel and Vanessa are researching survey material for town residents to score local businesses, parks, schools etc… and their accessibility for residents with disabilities.

New Business –

a. Fall Fest 10/07/2023 11-3 Chair requested volunteers to run commission table with her during the day.

b. Development Planning & Zoning initiatives meeting on Sept 14, 2023 at 6:30 pm.  Opportunity for residents to speak – (guest speakers) about ongoing projects and construction in town, making it accessible for all abilitiec. Motion to pay bills – Clerk, giveaways (Previously approved)cc

c.  Motion to adjourn- Rachel Botts motioned to adjourn, 2nd by Gary Roy at 7:41pm
