East Hartford Town Web Assessor Lookup Tool Announcement
East Hartford, CT – Starting April 23, 2023, residents will no longer have access the Web Assessor Lookup tool, and the links will be removed from our Town website. It is being replaced by a website that is being run and maintained internally. The web address to access it directly is: https://gis.easthartfordct.gov/GIS_Viewer

When you initially log in to the website there are 2 links at the bottom of the blue splash page. One is how to use the search bar, which includes a screen shot to show you where the link to the property cards are. The other is how to search for multi-unit property and condos. Please refer to these, as they will help you get acclimated to our new website. To access the property cards:
- In the upper left hand corner is a search box. You can search by parcel ID, Owner name, or address.
- Once you search and select the parcel you are looking, it will zoom to the parcel and a popup will appear.
- In this pop-up is a hyper link “Property Card – Look Up”, click this link and it will take you to the property card. These cards are updated once a month, so if the card is out of date and you need the newest one, please contact the assessor’s office.
